**Your new role**
You will be a Cyber Security Operations Team Lead, reporting to the Cyber Operations Manager. You will be leading a team of four people: two seniors and two intermediate / juniors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cyber security policies and standards, ensuring they are aligned with the businesses’ overall policy framework, and communication risk assessments to key internal stakeholders for this company’s range of subsidiaries.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in GRC analysis, and an understanding of current cyber security standards and legislation.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 will be well-regarded, but are not essential. Experience is much more highly valued.
- Stakeholder management will be critical. This role will require an ability to track cyber risk and give detailed reports to key internal stakeholders - both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to mentor / guide team members. Previous experience in a leadership position is highly regarded but not essential. If you are looking to make the step-up from senior to lead, this is the role for you
