You will be responsible for: - Ability to interpret awards and other relevant employment conditions - Interpretation and adherence to industry award rules and rates - Reconciliations - Calculation and management of superannuation contributions, PAYG, payroll tax and Workers Compensation - Processing of Workcover and Paid Parental Leave payments - Setting up new starters, terminations and updating employee records - Establishing relationships with Operational managers across the business and HR - Updating and maintaining employee records, including leave, training, enterprise agreements and other relevant documentation - Administration of workers compensation payments and superannuation - Resolving payroll queries and ensure payroll compliance - Administration of payroll transactions in both manual and automated payroll accounting systems **About you** To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.
