As a globally recognised and industry leading Cyber Security practice, with the largest, dedicated cyber incident response practice in Australia, we currently have an opening for a Client Executive to join the team We are a law firm, but we're not your average law firm and we have very clear objective of being a go-to trusted advisor to clients for managing cyber risk, from more than just the law. The team advises small, medium, and large organisations operating across Australia and New Zealand, regionally and globally in response to a range of cyber incidents, as well as assisting clients on matters of privacy compliance, cyber incident readiness and resilience exercises. In recent times, the team has advised on over 1,500 incidents, including several the highest profile and complex incidents. The broader Cyber, Data and Digital Law team is led by John Moran, Reece Corbett-Wilkins, Richard Berkahn, Alec Christie, and Chris McLaughlin, who are all internationally recognised in their fields. The team is known for creating supportive platforms for team members to succeed, with a very strong focus on collaborative culture, personal/professional development, and client facing problem solving. **About the role** The Client Executive, Cyber Security will have a creative, proactive and forward-thinking approach in order to drive client engagement and relationship management, and marketing initiatives in line with the firm's regional and international cyber business plan. It will involve developing a deep understanding of the cyber risk practice, having a positive, solution focused attitude which focuses on using initiative and taking ownership of key responsibilities to ensure effective completion. The ability to act independently and proactively are critical to this role. The nature and size of the team will mean that you will be involved in all aspects of the end-to-end client management allowing you to make a significant contribution to the team and your own personal development. The role will be focused on Australia, but will also involve assisting to deliver initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and target markets. It requires close collaboration and the development of strong working relationships with colleagues across the firm, including the national and global BD team, cyber partners, senior lawyers and other members of the cyber team. **Key responsibilities** You will be responsible for assisting in the development of existing accounts and the generation of new ones. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a range of variables; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: **Knowledge**Develop a deep understanding of the cyber risk practice and the market in which it operates, as well as the local, regional and global priorities so you can proactively lead initiatives. **End to End Role** Responsible for developing, driving and executing the business development, client relationship management and marketing plans and activities in line with the global and local cyber business plan. **Out the Box** - Proactive Thinking Use your creative skills to "think outside the box" to conceptualise and formulate initiatives to win new business and grow existing client relationships, then use your leadership skills to execute effectively. **Creation of Tools** Assemble content and draft presentations, collateral, lawyer CVs, infographics, digital content, newsletters, articles, social media activity, pitch playbooks, deals databases, legal directory submissions and any other key content and tools for the practice. **Pitching** Plan, draft and deliver succinct and tailored capability statements, pitches and formal tender responses. **Liaison** Assist and respond to client queries with or on behalf of the team in a professional manner. **Client Management** Manage the client aspect of team's practice management platform and client portal content, and effectively track initiatives, communicate and report internally. **Client Data** - Use the firm's client relationship management databases, InterAction and Vuture, to manage our client data base and lists, campaigns and reports, and ad hoc client research. - Oversee the maintenance of client data and contact lists, including working with secretaries and the BD Assistant to ensure lists are accurate, post campaign cleaning and records updated as required. **Process** Proactively contribute to the continued development of client related processes and tools to enable our team to raise the bar for client experience with the Clyde & Co brand providing the best, most innovative service. **Essential skills and experience** - 5+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in an innovative and fast-paced environment. - Qualifications in a relevant field (i.e. commerce, business, marketing, law, communications or similar) and a proven ability in quantitative field
