We have a great opportunity for a Retail Manager to join the team at Visual Eyes Optometry at a full-time capacity.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
- Be able to use your experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Provide strong leadership to all support team to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain a tidy store environment to provide a positive overall patient experience
- Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the store.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- A proven track record of Leadership/Management in Retail
- Willingness to learn on the fly
- Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals
- Optical experience not necessary, but advantageous.
