**Position overview**
ANU has an international reputation for research and education relevant to the health and well-being of the population of Australia, as well as that of the developing world. The Postdoctoral Fellow will join a MRFF Indigenous Health Research project to characterise the genetic basis of kidney disease in Aboriginal Communities. The project will generate large datasets (genotype and phenotype) and mine this data with computational methods, including machine learning techniques, to stratify genetic variation and identify disease pathogenic mechanisms.
