What you’ll contribute to
Franchise Planning is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the franchised Dealer Network agreement and associated policies. You will be responsible for the coordination of specific projects to drive a higher level of business retention and repurchase in the Toyota Dealer network. Throughout this role, you will be encouraging cooperation, coordination and alignment of these activities among key Divisions of Toyota Australia and finance partner, Toyota Finance Australia, with a specific oversight of loyalty-based approved strategic priorities.
This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Permanent position.
How you’ll make an impact- You will assist in the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for increased business retention and repurchase in the Toyota Dealer Network.- Act as a key contact for Stakeholders within the team in relation to general business enquiries resolving queries and issues, escalating matters as required to minimise risk.- Responsible for the gathering, summary, and analysis of information to then prepare and distribute reports, technical information, and presentations in order to inform sound making decisions.- Monitor and analyse performance against targets for your own area and recommend countermeasures where required.- Monitor your own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements, working to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Understanding of the Automotive industry including Product, Marketing and Sales- Previous experience working with SAP business objects and other analytics software- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills- Internal and/or external Stakeholder management experience- The willingness to learn through experimentation when tackling problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
