We are working with fast growing consulting organisation whose Data & Analytics Practice is looking to expand through the addition of billable senior and principle consultants. They are a well known organisation with a strong reputation for providing consulting services to solve complex business challenges which deliver successful business transformation.

**Senior Consultant (Data Architecture)**

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to provide consulting activities and services to customers helping them bridge their business to IT challenges that exist. You will reports to a local Principal Consultant or Partner to review and approve client recommendations and proposals, but operate fairly independently. You will work with well known clients across multiple industries providing services such as consulting on capability uplift, implementing frameworks and architecting data solutions that enable better decision support and data insight capabilities for our clients. For this you will need to advise and guide clients on data platform solution options (on prem, cloud, hybrid) across various tech platforms.

**Key Requirements**:

- 15 plus years of experience with a blend of technical & consulting experience
- A background in Data - Data Architecture, Analytics
- Ability to design solutions ETL and data pipelines, databases, data warehouses and datamarts, BI dashboards
- Skills in - data modelling tools, modelling languages, modern data warehouses, Microsoft tech inc SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI or similar
- Experience in complex data migration projects including data cleansing and transformation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

**Key Responcibilities**:

- Mentor Junior Consultants
- Deliver high quality consultancy services working with mínimal supervision to defined outcomes and timeframes.
- Gather information from clients via reports, workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions on current and future requirements.
- Assist in writing client proposals and provide advice on proposal development
- Take commercial responsibility for the outcomes of projects and maintain a commercial balance of delivering outcomes and the financial success of projects
- Interface with vendors and suppliers when reviewing capabilities and suitability for client requirements.
- Joint calls to clients with partners, business development and sales staff
- Reviews, Assessments and Plans.
