You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer calls, reviewing in-stock and incoming goods, to co-ordinating dispatch of customer orders.

**Duties include**:

- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and caring manner.
- Providing product selection advice and recommendations.
- Process and coordinate Quotes and Orders as required.
- Merchandising and styling the store
- Guide customer's throughout their buying journey.
