Site Project Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, safety and quality control
- Liaise with contractors and other third parties involved in the construction process
- Monitor progress of the project and report to management on a regular basis
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and legislative requirements to explain clearly and effectively what is required.
- Oversee the compliance of safety regulations and building codes
- Ensure that all construction activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed according to the specified requirements and standards
- Maintain records and documentation related to the project

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Prior experience and exposure working on bulk earthworks and concrete construction in industrial brown fields environments
- Trade Certificate or equivalent
- First Aid
- Driver's Licence (Unrestricted)
- Knowledge of construction management software and practices
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
