We are seeking a Safety Management System (SMS) Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this key role, the SMS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the improvement and maintenance of PTSA’s SMS, ensuring that operational teams receive guidance and support. This role also involves implementing and coordinating assigned projects and systems, developing policies, and supporting planning, change, and improvement initiatives across the organisation. The SMS Coordinator will be expected to handle complex, sensitive matters, developing insightful reports and recommendations to drive our mission forward.

**Qualifications/Experience**
Qualifications in Safety Management and/or Quality Management will be highly regarded.

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Health & Safety or Certificate IV Quality/Safety will be highly regarded.

A current driver’s licence.

**Special Conditions**
- A National Police Check (NPC) which must be renewed every three years.
- A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Remuneration**
$108,109 to $116,864 pa (ASO7) + superannuation.
