The Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager provides financial and commercial leadership across the group. Partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, information systems, and strategic insights as well as the risk management across all businesses within the Group. This will rely on your ability to provide exceptional business partnering, develop strong relationships and establish a strong understanding of how operational activities drive financial results within each business unit. Whilst there are no direct reports, there are finance teams within each business unit who will support you. This is a dynamic and challenging role within a high growth organisation set to establish a refreshing culture, achieve strong operational and financial targets and make a significant contribution within its industry.

The breadth of responsibilities will include:

- Monthly Performance reporting;
- Monthly Board reporting;
- Monthly Lender reporting and debt covenant management;
- Weekly dashboards and operational reporting;
- Quarterly / annual compliance submissions with financial data requirements;
- Developing and leading the Group budgeting and forecasting, including partnering with each business unit to develop consistent budgeting models;
- Weekly cashflow forecasting;
- Support acquisition due diligence and business integration activities;
- ERP & other system implementations;
- Ad hoc queries around financial and/or operational performance; and
- Establishing a best practice approach to analysis and reporting across Group, including consistency of measurement and definitions.

This challenging, accountable and highly visible role is likely to appeal to a commercially astute and proactive CA/CPA who is seeking a highly commercial PE environment in which to influence outcomes and develop a world class FP&A function. Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in managing data to provide financial and operational reporting within a complex environment is essential. A confident and outgoing finance professional, you should possess the kind of analytical skills and drive that sets you apart from your peers.
