**What this opportunity involves**:
The Property Maintenance Planner will have overarching responsibility in developing, implementing and monitoring including compliance of the planned preventive maintenance program for property management function for designated CBA properties in commercial and retail properties for Group Property & Security. This includes working with key internal stakeholders, external service providers and the wider Group Property team and utilise IWMS.

A snapshot of the role;
Take ownership of maintenance planning for property assets in IWMS.
Provide input in the development of a world-class property management function within CBA.
Timely / accurate preparation of reports as required by the role
Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure a consistent approach and superior service delivery.
Encourage customer-centric corporate behaviour and role-model excellent customer service.
Audit/review site asset registers including all maintenance records and ensuring compliance to statutory compliance e.g., Australian Standards, BCA/NCC, state-based Acts and Regulations.
Liaison with internal stakeholders including leasing, finance, compliance, projects, and operations teams
Contractor management including KPI tracking and monitoring of costs and performance in accordance with SLA’s
Maintain effective working relationship with all stakeholders including internal customers and service providers

You've got excellent communication skills and strong systems knowledge with an understanding on how to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
Knowledge of relevant Australian property and industry standards/guidelines
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning of property equipment.
Tertiary qualifications in facilities management or equivalent highly desirable.
