**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking to recruit high quality people to strengthen the management of the business and to support our future growth objectives.
Your duties will include:
- Responsible for keeping our operations management system up to date with relevant information related to job enquiries, quotes, job bookings and personnel inductions
- Preparing documentation required for site and upload to client portals e.g. SWMS, inductions, tickets, presentations etc
- Ensuring all operators are inducted prior to attending site and maintaining accurate records
- Organising major project onboarding & mobilisation as required
- Organising equipment hire as required
- Ensuring PPE is organised for distribution to operators
- Schedule fleet services and repairs
- Keep job booking information updated with journal notes for invoicing purposes
- Cover for the Operations Coordinator when they are out of the office
- General administrative tasks as required
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
You must have a great work ethic and positive attitude to get the work completed to the highest possible standard. If you’re reliable, motivated and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner with strong customer service skills
- Experience of the building & construction industry beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive forward thinker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
