**About our Client**
Our client is a locally owned organization who provide support and guidance to businesses and customers on a national scale. They have engaged our services to bring on board a switched-on Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, they offer a fantastic culture with an attractive salary. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and CFO, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and reconciling of all payrolls within the business, on a fortnightly basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Processing a fortnightly pay run - Approx. 100 employees
- Ensure finance team receive accurate and timely reporting as required
- Setting up new starters
- Ensure all employees status changes or payroll status changes
- Setup new superannuation and deduction codes
- Handle relevant queries
- Preparation of end of month payroll reporting
- End of year payment summaries

**The successful applicant will have**
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Exposure with Attache is advantageous
- Prior experience in interpreting EBAs and awards
