**The Role**:
Maxima, and our Host Employer are looking for committed individuals to undertake an entry-level Flooring Technician Apprenticeship.

These full time positions are a great opportunity to gain paid practical work experience and formal training towards a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Flooring Technology**. This role will require you to travel between work sites across Metropolitan Adelaide.

**Duties Include**:

- Prepare floor surfaces for installation
- Install various floor surfaces including carpet, timber and vinyl
- Remove existing flooring
- Perform basic calculations based on measurements
- Maintain clean and safe environment

**About You**:

- Strong work ethic and passion to learn
- Ability to work within team environments and independently
- Love working hands-on
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Hardworking and committed to work and learn

**Role Requirements**:

- Must hold a provisional or full driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Physically fit and healthy due to undertaking manual labour work
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including drug and alcohol test
- Previous construction experience or pre-vocational certificate (desirable)
