- Learning modelling, data management and market forecasting skills

**Qualifications**

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional wishing to launch a career as an analyst and eventually thought leader in the power and renewables and energy transition space. We expect you to have a high aptitude for quantitative analysis and modelling, and to be curious to get beyond the headlines on big technology and market trends.
- High interest and aptitude for market analysis and a strong interest in power and renewables.
- 1-2 years of relevant work or study experience in an analytical role. An understanding of power markets, technologies and economics is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to expand knowledge and skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, science, economics, finance, or other area. A graduate degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel skills. Relevant experience in data and database management is a plus.
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Effective writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in power dispatch modelling is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in another language is a plus
