**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert guidance on restrictive practices, ensuring they are used ethically, legally, and in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of restrictive practices, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to NDIS policies and legislations.
- Assist with the development, review, and enforcement of policies and procedures related to participant safety and rights.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding restrictive practices, compliance procedures, and NDIS requirements.
- Execute and maintain all pertinent data records and updates.
- Liaise with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to restrictive practices and compliance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in NDIS legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all administrative processes
- Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing documentation and scheduling training
- Provide administrative support to Service Delivery Coordinators and Relationship Managers
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data security and confidentiality
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Previous experience working within the NDIS framework, particularly with restrictive practices, compliance, and enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS (Restrictions on Use of Restraint and Seclusion) Rules.
- Excellent understanding of participant rights, safety protocols, and ethical considerations.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, social work, or related fields are highly regarded.
- Current valid Driver's License
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Right to Work within Australia
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

Pay: From $42.76 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
