Our client, AGL Electroserv is a long-standing business of over 25 years, and specialises in power quality solutions to commercial and industrial customers throughout Australia. They specialise in designing, manufacturing, installing, maintaining and repairing Power Factor Correction and power quality equipment. The role of the Electrical Manufacturing Specialist will report to the Factory Supervisor and will be based in their on-site factory at Mount Kuring-gai.

**About the role**
In this role you will be overseeing the entire process of the manufacture and maintenance of PFC units and Solar Distribution Boards in a busy factory environment. You will have a strong dedication to safety, ability to solve problems quickly and accurately and be a strong team player.

**Duties of this role will include**:

- Manufacture, testing, maintenance, and repair of PFC units and Solar Distribution Boards
- Dispatching of PFC units and parts orders via various courier's
- Assist in the checking and ordering of stock for the factory
- Assist with Quality Assurance and maintaining certification

**About you**

**What do we need from you?**
- Practical workshop skills (drilling, cutting, assembling)
- High level problem-solving and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work safely on electrical equipment
- Forklift licence and First Aid Certificate are highly advantageous
