At Hero Home Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality installations. We’re seeking confident, detail-oriented installers who are not just technicians but leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (DUCTED, SPILT AND MULTI SYSTEMS) with precision and care.
- Manage a small team, ensuring high standards of accountability and cleanliness.
- Provide clear and concise handovers to clients, explaining the installation process and how to operate their new equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and client interactions via our job management system (ServiceM8 - training provided).
- Utilise ServiceM8 for job management and communication.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in air conditioning installation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lead a small team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Familiarity with the ServiceM8 job management system is preferred but not essential.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
