About the Role
We are looking for a Storage Consultant to join our Queanbeyan store. This ideal candidate is willing and able to perform varied tasks, including work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Sales Support Centre team to exceed expectations, deliver exceptional customer service, whilst aligning with company values and physical work such as gardening and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
- Drive our 3 tonne pantec truck (hold a valid car licence and have experience in driving similar vehicles. Experience is preferred but not essential)
- Respond to customer enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the storage facility & grounds (including mowing/gardening).
- Assisting in the achievement of monthly sales and KPI targets of the store.
- Assisting with store operations, including maintenance, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.
Working hours: Our stores operate from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm Saturdays and pm Sunday, requiring candidates to be available and willing to work weekends as needed.
