You are responsible for supporting the external facilities management functions for selected properties. The main responsibilities include:

- Ensuring building services projects, budget & expenditure control, the invoicing process, legislative health & safety compliance, essential service compliance, and tenant disputes are addressed
- Coordinating, reviewing, and analysing the due diligence reports related to the acquisition of new properties
- Performing regular site visits and analysing the effectiveness of property operations
- Preparing regular CHASL property reports
