With more than 70 years' of experience in the building and home improvement markets, **Stratco** has become one of Australia’s largest manufacturers, marketers and retailers of quality building and home improvement products in Australia and is actively pursuing a place on the world stage. Stratco has state of the art manufacturing facilities in all mainland states of Australia along with a network of home improvement stores throughout the country.

As an integral member of our successful Metro SA Sales team you will be the key point of contact across the region between **Stratco** and our customers. This will involve:

- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
- Growing sales
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures

**The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven success managing and developing high value accounts
- Sales experience in the home improvement or building industry will be highly regarded
- Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
- Be a hands on, practical person with a good technical ability
- Estimating experience would be highly valued
- Have excellent business building and prospecting skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- A willingness to travel is essential
