A professional medical equipment supplier in Australia, with over four decades of expertise in the supply and distribution of a vast range of medical products.

They are a family owned and run business located in Moorabbin, Victoria. They have a warehouse and showroom open for clients to view and purchase a range of equipment and surgical instruments.

They specialise in: Medical Equipment Products, Veterinary Equipment New and Used and International Export.

**Your new role**

In this newly created role you will be the sole Administrator to help support this company making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing much needed equipment to hospitals and clinics.

The main task will be cataloguing and photographing many medical devices to upload onto the computer ready for website use.

You will also be assisting with the accounts, which involve tasks such as generating invoices and providing quotes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Administration experience
- Medical Industry experience - preferred
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excel and Xero experience - preferred

**What you'll get in return**
- Part-time hours (3 days per week) - with flexibility around start and finish times Typical hours are 8-4, but can be shorter hours if needed. e.g. 10am 2pm
