We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Licensed Plumber** to join our growing team at Coover. In this role, you will play a key part in our exciting 2025 project, working across a variety of residential and commercial sites in Melbourne, with a primary focus in Fitzroy. You will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 6 workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality vapour mitigation systems while maintaining safety standards and collaborating with other trades.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead a team of up to 6 personnel on various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to Coover’s high standards.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other trades, particularly those performing inground works, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform plumbing duties, including the installation of below ground pipework.
- Uphold the quality and safety standards that Coover is known for on every project.
- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Current and valid **Plumbing Licence**.
- Proven experience in plumbing, particularly with underground or in-ground works.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and supervising a team.
- Previous experience on commercial construction sites.
- **Excavator** or similar machinery experience is highly recommended.
