Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work in our** Echuca clini**c**. This role is a full time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 7.45am-5.30pm with varied shifts.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service Experience
- Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
- Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
