**TIU** is currently seeking **Housekeeper Supervisor **to join the team on a **full-time basis** at Sydney Harbour property.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role, who has a keen eye for detail. You will work alongside the Property Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure all properties are presented to a professionally high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to truly make this role their own and provide a high level of standard to our customers and clients.

**The main responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to**:

- Lead and supervise our team of housekeepers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain routine job inspections
- Ensure stock level management is maintained.
- Identification of maintenance issues
- Roster scheduling

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in supervision, housekeeping and people leadership.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent Customer Service Experience to ensure you are able to build and maintain key relationships.
- Ability to coordinate tasks/projects from commencement through to completion.
- Team player that is adaptable and has a willingness to learn and contribute
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written

**Salary**: $47,809.71 - $87,591.63 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
