Installation Consultant Role with an Automotive Company in Sydney

**Your new role**

The position is responsible for the presentation, configuration, training, and support of onboarding clients through the in-house system.
- Completion of installation and consulting activities
- Facilitate, internal and external training courses for assigned modules, onsite and remotely.
- Manage resolution of second level support issues.
- Maintenance of User and Quick Reference documentation in line with Release schedule.
- Entry of time sheet and project tasks on a daily basis, entry required prior to Close of Business

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in an automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional presence, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
