**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male SIL Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Your focus will be on creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment that encourages personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support clients in developing independent living skills and social connections.
- Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients, promoting dignity and choice.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement individualized support plans.
- Participate in community engagement activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in disability support, social services, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the principles of person-centered care.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
