Your Role:

As a Gaming Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with our valued clientele.

  • Be the face of your shift, you're in charge, lead by example, get out and about, and liaise with our guests

  • Manage a hard-working, eager team of up to 6 on your shift

  • Ensure compliance promoting safe gaming practices.

  • Collaborate with the Gaming Manager to maintain an enjoyable and compliance-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.

  • Experience in a busy gaming environment is preferred.

  • Excellent management skills, we are looking for a leader that is hands on and enjoys bringing staff along the journey, helping them upskill and be their best

  • Ability to build relationships with our clientele and create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • RSA, RSG, and gaming licenses are essential.
