**JOB DETAILS**:

- Leadership in pioneering a new program with the Program Manager
- Managing and supporting a small team of AOD clinicians
- Building and maintaining local networks for client care
- Daily tasks include team supervision, coaching, and fostering a positive team culture
- Responsibility for employee management lifecycle activities and handling a caseload of complex clients

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Possessing over 2 years of experience as a leader, successfully guiding teams in delivering program services.
- Meeting eligibility requirements for entry into New South Wales (NSW) prisons.
- Demonstrating robust experience in delivering evidence-based counseling, such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailored to individual client needs.
- Embracing a contemporary approach to supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges or other complex issues.
- Proficient in handling challenging clients and intricate situations, particularly within AOD and/or forensic domains, including conducting clinical supervision and performance counseling sessions.
