Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District. We are a values-based organization offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages. Our international and domestic students are our principal focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campus Operations**:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organisational policies
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and processes

**Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes student engagement and success
- Implement initiatives to enhance student satisfaction and create a conducive learning environment
- Address student concerns and provide support as needed

**Events and Activities**:

- Plan and execute campus events, workshops, and activities to enrich the student experience
- Collaborate with student organizations and clubs to encourage participation in extracurricular activities

**Faculty and Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and staff to ensure high-quality education delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

**Academic Administration**:

- Work closely with academic departments to coordinate class schedules and resources
- Oversee the implementation of academic policies and procedures

**Campus Budget Management**:

- Manage the campus budget, including allocating resources efficiently and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on budgetary performance

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure the maintenance and safety of campus facilities
- Coordinate with relevant teams for repairs, renovations, and upgrades

**Community Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proven experience in Campus Management or a related role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
