The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne campus. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs, compliance with CRICOS and National Code requirements, and fostering a positive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily campus operations, including facilities, staff, and student services.

Ensure compliance with CRICOS, ESOS Act, and National Code standards.

Lead and support academic and administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student support services.

Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders.

Manage student experience initiatives, from orientation through to completion.

Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the Institute.

Participate and manage validations

About You

Proven leadership experience in an RTO or higher education environment (CRICOS experience essential).

Strong understanding of ESOS Act, National Code, and ASQA/TEQSA compliance.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural staff and student cohorts.

Certificate IV in TAE or equivalent
