**Job description**

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Ambassador to join Play Retail, working exclusively for our client We Are Feel Good Inc., to man their promotional tent and engage customers at a surfing event this Summer.

**About Our Client**

A market leader in sunscreen and skin care, We Are Feel Good Inc. was curated by doctors and surfers, from a desire to create a quality sunscreen that makes us FEELS GOOD. Proudly Australian owned and made, each bottle is full of ingredient goodness for our skin with an environmentally conscious and sustainable bottle recycling program.

**About the Role**
- Man the branded pop-up tent at a major surfing event and represent We Are Feel Good Inc. at a major surfing event, as their Brand Ambassador
- Assist with pop-up tent setup and pack down each day
- Ensure the promotional products are displayed and merchandised
- Actively engage passing customers, providing education on We Are Feel Good Inc. products
- Process product sales through the POS terminal
- Encourage customers to sign up to the WAFGI CRM
- Completing online reports to provide our client with valuable market feedback, sales data and insights

**About You**
- Bubbly and energetic personality, you love talking to people
- Proven Brand Ambassador/customer service/promotional event experience
- Warm, charismatic and approachable
- Experience at promotional events and assistance with pop-up tent set up/pack down
- An eye for presentation and detail
- Ability to process sales on a POS terminal (training provided)
- Reliable and trustworthy to represent Play Retail and our partner brand to the very highest standard
- Brand alignment - A love of the outdoors and premium skin care and sunscreen

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Event marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
