**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised care and support to NDIS participants
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Foster community engagement and participation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of support provided
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the PowerAbility team

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and mandatory NDIS checks (including Working with Children Check and National Police Check)
- Valid driver's licence
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
- First Aid and/or CPR certification within the last 12 months
- Infection prevention and control training within the last 12 months
- Experience in the disability sector
- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in providing support services to individuals with disabilities
