Are you looking for an exciting opportunity at Brisbane Airport? Trident Services is currently recruiting for an **Aviation Cleaning Supervisor** on a **Full-Time** basis. The position is listed as a Hybrid role as 3 days a week will be supervising the cleaning team, while 2 days you will be "on the tools".

**About the Role**

As an **Aviation Cleaning Supervisor** at Brisbane Airport, you’ll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working closely with the BAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for,
- Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations
- Managing shift rosters including core and Adhoc shifts
- Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees
- Managing quality systems to ensure compliance
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements

**About You**:

- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong customer engagement skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to workplace health and safety
- Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to successfully pass a **Criminal History Check**, **Drug and Alcohol Screening**, and **Medical Assessments**:

- Ability to obtain an **ASIC** (Criminal History Clearance)
- Hold an unrestricted **Driver’s License** and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

- High level of presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods
- Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition
