**Job Vacancy: Wok Chef at Fusion Korean-Chinese Restaurant**

**Location**: Chatswood, Sydney

**Position**: Wok Chef

**About Us**: We are an exciting new restaurant opening soon in Chatswood, specializing in a unique fusion of Chinese cuisine and Korean flavors. We are looking for a talented and passionate Wok Chef to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using the wok, including both traditional and fusion recipes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Wok Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese and Korean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and dishes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
