**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance.
- Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments.
- Responsible for packing materials and ensuring they are ready for delivery or shipment
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Supporting participants with complex and/or challenging needs
- Provide updates on participants progress following each service
- Learning & Life skills Support: To assist participants in learning new skills, e.g. cooking, cleaning, dressing, using transport, and other skills that result in gaining independence.

**Requirements**:

- A valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients and travelling to and between customer locations (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Experiences in Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential
- Working With Children check (as applicable)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $37.50 - $42.00 per hour
