RAC Roadside Services is a leading provider of automotive breakdown and recovery services, committed to delivering exceptional member experiences. With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and member satisfaction, we are constantly seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support our General Manager and leadership team by providing a high level of confidential, efficient support.

In addition to high-level administrative duties, you will be responsible for minute taking during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items. Your exceptional minute-taking skills will contribute to effective communication, coordination, and follow-up within the team.
- What will you be doing?- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking rooms, catering and preparing documentation.-
- Taking comprehensive and accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items.-
- Travel and accommodation organisation.-
- Prepare professional correspondence and other documentation including reports and presentations.-
- Following up key members of staff for the collation of information for reporting and other requirements.-
- Coordinating social functions and events-
- Undertaking general administrative dutiesTo succeed in the role, you will be a proactive, organised and personable individual who relishes working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a similar position.

What will you bring?Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.-
- Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively while remaining calm and professional under pressure-
- The ability to remain calm and focused when juggling multiple requests and managing a busy calendar-
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.-
- Excellent minute-taking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.-
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take appropriate action.-
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively-
- Proven Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Sharepoint and other relevant software- What’s in it for you?- Full time, permanent opportunity with fortnightly pay-
