**General Duties**
- Assists with personal care needs such as showering, dressing, eating, mobility, communication.
- Participates in care planning and arranging social activities.
- Assist with daily living activities
- Follows therapy plans i.e. interventions to assist those with dementia and behavioural problems.
- Observes/reports changes in patients' condition.
- Reports complaints about care.
- Assists with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatment and delivery of medications.
- Provide compassionate care to seniors
- Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for residents

**Essential Criteria to be Considered**
- Compliant with current and all past Visa conditions.
- You must currently hold either a **_485/408 OR 482 Visas_**:

- You must hold a relevant AQF Certificate III or equivalent, or higher qualification. You can also have 12 months of relevant work experience
- You must obtain a positive skills assessment from the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council or the Australian Community Workers Association if you obtained your qualifications overseas. This also applies if you claim work experience in lieu of the formal qualifications.
- You must have an English language proficiency level of at least IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
