Are you an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) or Personal Care Worker (PCW) based in Lismore, Kyogle, Coraki, Ballina, Byron Bay, NSW or nearby regions looking for flexible casual shifts in aged care?

AustCorp HealthCare is currently hiring compassionate and experienced AINs and PCWs to work with our trusted aged care clients in Lismore, Kyogle, Coraki, Ballina, Byron Bay, NSW and surrounding areas. What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a residential aged care setting
- Current National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting the elderly
