**The part-time role**:
**Snooze Moorabbin **is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

In this role, you can expect flexible retail hours across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Delivering an awesome customer experience

**You will have**:

- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Computer knowledge (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $38,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorabbin, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
