**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for a civil construction foreperson to join our high calibre BMD Urban team in and around Brisbane, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes on a variety of civil scopes ranging from $5 - $50million value. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with long-term subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil construction projects
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

- Certificate IV Civil Supervision
