**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a keen eye for detail to join our small, dedicated Warehouse team. Working alongside the operational team day to day, you will be hands on with deliveries and efficient stock movement whilst also handling administrative tasks and assisting with purchasing as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, storing and distributing products to the Club’s Outlets and Stakeholders
- Assisting with deliveries, including loading/unloading goods using a gas forklift
- Monitoring and maintaining bulk beer kegs, spirits and post mix supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained
- Cleaning of beer lines, keg couplers, taps and post mix valves
- Ensuring all stock transfers are accurately scanned into the POS systems
- Managing invoices, supplier paperwork and inventory records
- Coordinating purchasing and supplier communication regarding deliveries and credit notes
- Performing monthly stocktakes and cycle counts
- Maintaining Warehouse and Cellar cleanliness and safety standards
- Ensuring adherence to WHS standards and guidelines

**Essential skills and experience for these positions**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong WHS knowledge and safe work practices
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Sound planning, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to meet deadlines, work with mínimal supervision and use own initiative
- A positive, professional and team focused attitude
- Problem solving skills and the capability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

**Required Qualifications**:

- Current Forklift license
- Valid Drivers License
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) desirable however can be obtained if not currently held
