**The role**:
We currently have a permanent Full time position available at our South Wentworthville service for an Early Childhood Educator Teacher /Second in Charge/Room Leader.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s in early childhood teaching or Diploma qualified studying towards Bachelor’s in early childhood teaching.
- Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children’s learning
- Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families, and children
- Holds a valid
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
