**About the Client**:
A prominent cluster within the NSW Government is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager / Supervisor to join the team.
- Oversee capital improvement projects.
- Sustain excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Address fundamental building issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Manage both hard and soft service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government, environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Must have prior Facilities Management experience in either Government, Commercial, Retail, or Industrial properties.
- Experience in leading capital works projects and the reactive / preventative maintenance function.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
