**About the role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager - Retail, Cabot’s, Porters, Marketing, and R&D, you are responsible for ensuring finance-related activities are performed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner across Dulux Decorative Paints Business. You will provide finance and accounting expertise to deliver financial insights, reports, and business knowledge with recommendations to make decisions to improve business performance.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide the support the group requires to make sound business decisions and are responsible for the financial integrity of all results and the management reporting within the business.

You will build strong relations with stakeholders across Retail, Sales, Marketing, Category, Channel, and Brand and exceed business objectives, values, and behaviours, as a single team working together. You will also work closely with Finance Shared Service and other Duluxgroup Business/Finance Analysts.

This is a Full Time position based in Clayton VIC.

**Responsibilities**

This is an exciting role where you get an opportunity to handle a larger gamut of finance with a full commercial P&L responsibility. You will get exposure to different facets of manufacturing, warehousing, and corporate with oversight of market drivers and trends. Managing varied projects across Retail, Marketing and Innovation is the key aspect of this role with the scope to work on projects across the board.
- Ensure financial and business processes are consistent with internal control policies
- Pro-actively seek opportunities to provide financial information and adhoc reports that add value to the Retail Business
- Lead and produce annual budgets (sales and cash fixed costs) and forecasts for the business, provide recommendations where required
- Contribute and recommend outcomes for finance and business process improvement to enable the business to meet its agreed financial output
- Contribute to the financial integrity of data, both produced within the business and produced by the shared service

**Skills & Experience**

You are a go-getter and confident professional with extensive experience in finance with an ability to proactively contribute to all financial aspects of the business’s short
- and long-term goals. Your prior experience in FMCG/Manufacturing and strong skills in finance and management accounting will see you succeed in this role.
- Business/Finance degree/CA or CPA qualified
- Prior experience in Management Accounting and analysis
- Sound experience in Power BI and/or TM1, SAP, BW
- Prior work experience in Manufacturing would be well regarded
- Prior stakeholder management or exposure to is preferred
- Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred - Expert in MS Excel,
- Financial modelling and reporting experience
- Keen understanding of what’s driving the market Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
