Join Anglicare as a Tenancy Manager - Make a Meaningful Impact Across Sydney and the Western Suburbs

Anglicare is offering an exciting full-time, maximum 3-month contract opportunity for a passionate Tenancy Manager to join our Housing team — with the possibility of becoming permanent.

In this dynamic role, you’ll travel across Sydney and the Western Suburbs, delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive tenant experiences. You’ll play a key role in connecting tenants with their communities, facilitating access to support services, and contributing to the long-term strategic planning of Anglicare’s housing portfolio.

What You’ll Do
- Preparation and execution of the lease and tenancy agreements
- Managing vacancy levels
- Managing levies and taxes and financial support
- Establishing appropriate rental rates and rent adjustments as required
- Assessing Tenants for eligibility
- Overseeing property maintenance and inspections
- Documenting and Reporting
- Management of Tenant disputes, enquires and complaints

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in tenancy management minimum of 5 + years
- Understanding of the community housing sector and community housing sector tenants
- Valid Working with Children’s Check
- You will have strong understanding of the community housing sector and community housing sector tenants
