ABOUT THE JOB
Are you ready to take the next step in your career in seafood processing? We’re looking for a Production and Maintenance Assistant that has a strong safety mindset and leads by example to ensure the smooth running of our processing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workplace Safety - you will be committed to the safety of our production employees by ensuring the WHS strategy is understood by production workers and operating procedures are followed.
Operational - you will work with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the production department.

Please note that occasional intrastate travel to the Sydney Processing Facility and AOC farm sites is a requirement of this role.

ABOUT YOU

Do you want to take your seafood production career to the next level with Australia’s largest producer of food grade Rock Oysters?
Do you have strong safety mindset and know your way around a busy food production floor?
Do you lead by example and love to drive a high-performance culture?
Do you have an open communication style and the ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people?
Do you hold a drivers and MR licences, forklift ticket and First Aid Certificate, or can you gain these qualifications?
