**About the position**
As we head into our busy function season, Wests Group / NEX are currently seeking experienced Bar Staff to assist with events on a casual basis. Providing a superior quality service over a variety of events, in all of our Wests venues. Events will include Gala Dinners, School Formals, Concerts, conferences and exhibitions and many more.
Key responsibilities include:

- Prior experience working behind the bar
- Provide friendly customer service
- Attend to the needs of the functions guests needs before, during and after the functions.
- Set up and break down of functions
- High level food delivery
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Clearing tables and cleaning duties

This position will require availability on Friday and Saturday evenings, with some availability throughout the remainder of the week.
**Certifications required: RSA.**

**About you**
We are seeking passionate Function staff with customer service experience gained within a restaurant or function environment. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.
