**About the role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role you will carry out general household/ commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Bayswater region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance.
- Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values.
- Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals.
- Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.
- We love a positive, can-do attitude

**About you**:

- Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation. Experience is desired.
- Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Must be confident in towing a trailer
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Check or be willing to obtain
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
